My announcements won't open up in my canvas under my course name? What to do?

Hi  @kaltomare and welcome to the Community!  I have a few followup questions that may help point to what is going on.  First, are you looking at this from the perspective of a student of teacher?   Second, are you attempting to access the announcements through a mobile device or regular computer?  Lastly, if you are a student, do you see a tab for announcements at all or are you given an error message when trying to access the announcements?
