Hi Candice,

Canvas works best with fairly current/up to date browsers, as listed in the article that  @ddick ‌ pointed you to.  What web browser and version are you using when you get this error message?  Is it listed as a supported browser inhttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10720-67952720329

If you are logging in with Respondus LockDown Browser, that is based on Chrome so Canvas treats it as a Chrome variant.  Make sure that you have the most recent LockDown Browser version.

Candace,

This resource may prove to be helpful for you https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10720  it is always updated with the newest versions.

I have found that my faculty sometimes have blockers on their browsers that inhibit Canvas from working seamlessly as well.

Hope this helps

Dave

It actually read your browser does not meet the minimum requirements for canvas.
