canvas password

why can't I log into my account? I just reset my password and the account is already open

This is a public forum for general questions about Canvas.  If you are with a school, you'll need to contact them about your account.  Until then, I suggest you remove your email from the tag as anyone who comes here can see it.  If you are using the public open Canvas, I'm not sure what to do, other than try to reset your password again.

I don’t think that I need to reset my password waiting on the director to contact me next week. I’m not for sure how to remove my email address out of canvas.
