catalog java script and css cheat file

Hello community. 

i come to you because i started using Catalog and im having some issues in applying changes in java script and css, im not a web developer so im a basic user and my question is: 

where i cand find a cheat java script and css so i can have and idea of how to make some changes.

I am the pedagogical engineer of my institution and i have the mission of adjusting the regular listings for example change the self-paced text for other text.

i hope some one can help.

I see this conversation is over 2 years old. Were you able to get some help and or figure things out? We try to customize a lot of stuff in both Canvas and Catalog and I'm proficient with CSS but only so-so with Javascript (because I'm out of practice). But I've found some code here in the community and I've been able to adapt it.
