ePortfolios...

After a student graduates and leaves the Canvas LMS society, can they edit their ePortfolio to update it?  If not, what advice would you have to update the ePortfolio?

Hi  @kvanausdall

This would likely need to be an institutional conversation. I work in a K-12 environment and 12s have their accounts disabled six months or so after graduation. We have an off-boarding process where they work with their advisors to archive and move any content they want to save to personal cloud storage drives or personal porfolio accounts. If you're finding that graduates still need access to Canvas for extended periods of time after graduation, you should have a discussion with your admin team to formulate a similar type of off-boarding process, otherwise your directory will be filled with a large number of alumni (which may or may not be that big of a deal).

Students at our institution have read-only access to courses forever at this time.

Their portfolio is available for download or editing.
