how to I export all the individual entries from the eportfolio into a word document?

You didn't say if you were a student or an instructor.  Below are two links that will show you how to download the contents of your eportfolio.  It is not in a word document, but once you get them downloaded you should be able to open the zip file and get what you need.

I’m a technician in Medicine that teaches the lab side of fYPs. I don’t use canvas and my line manager asked me to ask the question.
