with all my courses, once i get to a quiz it keeps showing a red error "failed to fetch" no matter what device i use.

There was a New Quizzes outage for certain institutions on Wednesday, details listed at Instructure Status - New Quizzes is degraded for some accounts in the IAD region. For those affected, the outage lasted a couple hours, but has now been fully resolved.

This also keeps happening here. Mayor issue if you ask me, especially because of the timing. Everyone is preparing courses for next year!

Hi, I had a student experience this exact issue. It does not show anything wrong with our server. She was the only student to experience this. None of her quiz data saved. This is extremely frustrating. Any idea what would have caused this? She has a screenshot with "fail to fetch data" over and over again. It's a timed quiz and they only have one attempt. 6/29/2025 at around 10:30pm. What can we do to prevent this? As now as an instructor I have to figure out what to do as clearly this isn't a fair grade.
