getting access to view my peer reviews powerpoint

I am trying to open up a file to peer review but it keeps saying that it needs authorization. My professor said other students have been able to open it but for some reason it wont let me have access to the powerpoint.

Greetings! Are you trying to access this from a computer or phone/tablet? I'd try using a computer with the most recent version of Chrome (or Firefox). If this doesn't work, then I'd recommend submitting a Help ticket to see if Canvas Support can help you. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
