how do I get imported material from a pervious canvas site to show in a new canvas shell

Hi @flwheeler , 

These guides will walk you through how to import content from another course. If you do a full course import, the content should be published just as it was in the course imported from. 

If you are moving from one instance of Canvas to another you'd have to first export the course from one site, then import into the new site.
