images not appearing

i got some messages through canvas in the inbox when i opened it, the images didn't show up instead theres just [image] and the get outlook for ios message

Hi  @bdong3 and welcome to the Community!  There have been reports of images disappearing from time to time in Canvas.  I would suggest you take a look at this blog and see if any of the ideas provide here fix the problem you are experiencing, Images Not Showing Up in Canvas? Here’s What You Can Do.

If none of this works I would contact Canvas Support (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor? or How do I get help with Canvas as a student?) and report the issue.  A Support agent may have other ideas of what could fix the problem and escalate the issue if it appears a bug exists.

The link to the blog doesn't work. Could you post a new one? It's impossible to get through to Canvas support -- no response on chat or phone, just waiting for long periods before hanging up. Meanwhile, some students can't see the images; others can.

And I noticed for my own interface (firefox), that some images would not appear when I looked at my images page, but when I tried to edit the page, it was other images that weren't there...
