Hopefully, you would be able to find out that information from people at your school at the time of registering for your course(s). We here in the Community would not know who your instructors would be for your courses. We also don't know what information you may be provided before or during registration and if the names of your instructors are given to you right away. Once you have access to your course(s) in Canvas, your instructor(s) may enable a "People" page within each of your course(s), and if that page is enabled, you would be able to identify who your instructor(s) is/are.
