quiz problem

The quiz in my stats class is frozen halfway through for some students. They can't submit the quiz or get out of it because they can't reach the end of it. They have logged out and back in but it takes them back to the same place. Is there a way for me to end the quiz for the student so they can retake it?

Hi @hatchn 

First, I would strongly suggest submitting a support ticket for this; but in the meantime, you and your students need to move forward. The following guide will show you haw to force submissions so that impacted students can reattempt:
