"Question" written in different font for only one student

Has anyone seen the the attached file before? It is occurring for one student at  my institution. I have reached out to Canvas Support, but I think they are stumped as well.

A different font means that the student has copied and pasted content from another program such as MS Word or another website.

Hi there! I'm wondering if maybe that student has some sort of automatic translation plugin running? Otherwise, I would recommend that the instructor delete and retype the content there, or look for any oddities in the html code for that specific area. I can't tell if that is a module header, quiz question, or something else, so I can't provide the best directions on how to check that out.

It is in place of the word Question on a quiz such as question 1, question 2, and etc. Every where the word Question should be just for one student I am seeing that script font.

That's definitely an odd one! If it were a copy + paste issue, it would likely impact all students, and there isn't an RCE for question labels so the instructor couldn't have really messed with the text otherwise. I would say this is most likely something that is on the student's side of things rather than the quiz itself, but I would recommend contacting Canvas support to see if their engineers see anything funky.
