"unable to process" video on Studio

I have a student who has tried a few times to record and save a video using Studio.  Each time they try, there is a message "unable to process" and the video does not save.   Is the video too large?  I did not think there was a time limit for students on Studio.

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for quite some time.  Instructure (the company that makes Canvas) does recommend that video recordings via Studio be five minutes or less.  This is detailed in the blue box at the top of this Guide: How do I record a Canvas Studio video with a webca... - Instructure Community.  Do you know if the student's video was longer than that?
