Are both Chrome and Safari complaining? Have you checked your browser software and made sure it's up to date? Here's a page that explains how to update Chrome. Safari is updated as part of the operating system; here's a page about how to update software on your mac.

Greetings  @cathyshaeffer   Smiley Happy

Welcome to the Canvas Community!

First, do these two things for me right now...Step 1: Take a breath, and Step 2: Smile Smiley Happy  Let's see what can be done to work this out.  Are you able to determine what Web browser you are using? Here is a list  from the Canvas Support Guides, regarding what web browsers are supported for accessing Canvas.

We'll start here.

Hang in there  @cathyshaeffer , help is on the way!

I use Chrome or Safari. Mostly Chrome.

Thank you. I did figure out how to update. Both of them had not been

updated. I updated Chrome but I can't get to the Pathway site. But I can

through Safari???
