uploading Eportfolio links to canvas correctly

Hello, i am having trouble uploading my eportfolio link to canvas so that my instructor can see it. I tried multiple timesbut it doesn't allow my instructor to open my portfolio. I really need the help

Hello @BeverlyCalderon 

Did you submit a link to your ePortfolio to your teacher in an assignment or message? It is likely that your profile is set to private so your teacher can't view it. Try following this guide and making it public:

Thanks it is public, I have use the link before. I just can go back to find the page.

The ePortfolio instructions say it doesn't need to be made "public" if accessed by the link shared, right? If yes, it's not working. What am I missing?
