So receiving some reports yesterday or so about "Expected a response in the 200-299 range. Got 401", errors. Is that one of the things addressed in the 6.1.1 update?

Hello hfchen‌,

I'm not sure if a fix was included in 6.1.1 because I'm not sure what part of the app relates to the error message you mentioned. If students are still seeing these messages after updating to 6.1.1., they should continue to use the Report a Problem link in the app to report the issue.

Will make a ticket, thanks

We have students who are receiving this error message too and after opening a ticket were told that it is due to the fact that students have unpublished courses on their dashboards.

cms_hickssand hfchen,

If the problems are related to unpublished courses, please make sure that students have updated the app to version 6.1.2. A fix for the problem with unpublished courses is included in that version. If problems persist after updating the app, make sure to submit a ticket.

We now are receiving reports (and have been able to replicate it) of an issue with Group Discussions. If a student using the App goes though the course (clicks on the course card) to get to Discussions area and replies to a Group Discussion that reply will be posted at a course level (out for all groups to see). If, however, the student accesses the Group Discussion by going through the Groups area on the App's dashboard then the response goes where it is supposed to go and only that student's group members can see the response.  This occurs in both 6.1.1 and 6.1.2.  We have opened a ticket regarding this issue as it does not follow the same behavior as the web browser does.

We have received one report of missing annotations after student upgrades to this new version. It appears annotations made in previous version are not accessible in newest version. We have been able to replicate. We have opened a ticket with Support who appears to be aware of an issue.

We have received multiple complaints about students being logged out of the app unexpectedly since the update as well as not being able to view their grades or only half of their courses loading. I am also going to open a ticket with Support about these issues.
