Need to see second and third studio video quiz attempts

In viewing Student Results for an embedded Studio Video Quiz in two course sections, I am only able to see Attempt 1. To check, I've used the Test Student to take the quiz again with a better score (100% vs 75%). Only the first lower score shows in Student Results. This is true on computer as well as in the Canvas App.

I've cleared cache and browsing history, made sure browser is up to date, shut down and restarted device. There are no settings in Studio that limited attempts to only one. It is the same video quiz I used in a previous semester -- also two course sections -- in which I had no problem with viewing individual students' repeated attempts.

In viewing Quiz and Item Analysis, though, the lowest and mean score are higher [Low 75%, Mean 89%] than those for the class's Attempt 1 data [Low 50%, Mean 75%]. As well, the Score Distribution bar graph also shows a lower number of students with a poor score and a greater number of students with a perfect score than the Attempt 1 data, verifying that some (myself as Test Student included) made at least a second attempt.

Following the How do I view Canvas Studio video quiz results for individual students? guide, I tested this in Beta and was able to see both the first and second attempts (I’m adding a screenshot for reference).

I was wondering if you have tried removing and re-adding the quiz. If that’s not possible, I would suggest reaching out to your admin or submit a ticket so the support team can take a look.

I am not able to help @DebbieJames1 but I have a question for you based on what you said/tried.

I know that there are non-production environments for the Canvas LMS (commonly referred to as "test" and "beta") but are there any non-production environments for Canvas Studio?

I am asking because, it is my understanding that when using Canvas LMS "test" or Canvas LMS "beta" with Canvas Studio, everything for Canvas Studio is production.

Thanks for reaching out! I used a beta Canvas LMS instance that uses Studio as an external tool. I believe there used to be Studio beta instances, but I’m not entirely sure. I’ll check with the relevant department and let you know!

I got a response and was advised that Canvas does not create a beta environment for customers by default, but customers can request one. The best contact person to check on this option would be your CSM.
