Note: There four things we're hoping to have in production on the October 13 deploy: 1) Observer grades support on the dashboard, 2) Observer grades support in subjects, 3) Observers filtering the dashboard by student, and 4) Observers filtering subjects by student (only where they observe multiple students within a subject).
