Standard-Based Grading

With this new Elementary Canvas would it be possible for Canvas to create a standard-based grade book for elementary teachers. Outcomes are not easy to incorporate into the grade book? I believe this would be a game-changer for getting early elementary teachers on board.

Our school district is starting a pilot for elementary Canvas use next year and being able to grade by standards/outcomes is going to be imperative to the success of an entire K-6 district Canvas roll out.

We would be happy to work with a team to help flush out the bugs for this to be part of the Canvas grading platform.
