Support for Canvas for Elementary Design

If we were to implement this new design for elementary students in the Fall of 2021-2022, where would ‘we’ go for support? Will the chat within Canvas be able to help? Our CSM? Will there be trainings offered over the summer? I know this is still in development and things change but wanted to see about the support and knowledge within Canvas as a whole.
