User Errors For Teacher/Student Added to Canvas For Elementary Sub-Account

We have a "Canvas For Elementary" sub-account with manually created courses with manually added teachers and students.  Each Teacher and Student in a course in the C4E Sub-account is receiving this error. I have submitted to Canvas with Screenshots. I even deleted and re-created a whole new sub-account, then enabled the C4E option. We added clean, manually created courses. Users added received the same error. 

Seems to be a C4E error related to also being in courses that are NOT in the C4E sub-account.
