How do I subscribe to Canvas Release Notes

I used to receive Canvas release notes via email but I haven't received them for over a year. It appears that I have them enabled in my community preferences. Any suggestions on how I can subscribe to or change a settings so I can receive Canvas release notes again and stay up to date?

How do I follow people, places, or content in the Canvas Community?
You should be following this page Release Notes: Canvas LMS
I also see this in my email of the release notes:
"You are receiving this message because you're listed as a Canvas Admin for your institution and either you or your Account Manager requested that you be added to the Canvas Admin mailing list."
