Missing Notification

This morning my red notification icon shows I have one notification left to view, and when I click on it, my Inbox also says I have one notification, but none of my items have the blue dot next to it.  I'm not sure how to fix this.   @Renee_Carney ​,  @scottdennis ​,  @biray ​?

I have an extra ghost message notification as well. 

I'll work with Jive to see if we can get it sorted out.

Yep, I've had this happen a time or two as well.  Usually it goes away on its own accord but occasionally I have had to ask Jive to rebuild our cache (or something like that).  Thank you, Renee, for being on top of it.

When you have your inbox down to the "ghost message" click "mark all as read" and it will go away.

As for the cause?  Still a mystery.
