Spam posts in community

When I go to "All discussions" then "All content" in the community, I see 30 or so posts from someone called "joana wrsaetg", with foreign language characters in the title. Anybody else seeing these?

I guess they are spam, I'm not going to open them. Maybe someone ( @scottdennis ,  @Renee_Carney ​?) can get them removed?

 @Steve_Watts ​, thanks for pointing this out. They're visible to everyone as far as I know. I've reported this to the Community Team for additional action.

Yeah, that was definitely annoying!   I wish there was a way to "block" things like this in the community based on keywords.

Hey Mark! Long time no talk!

I was wondering... did you get a bunch of email notifications for each of the spam posts? How did you find out about it? The same way as  @Steve_Watts ​?

Deactivated user​, I discovered it through the 30+ email notifications I received this morning.

The spam was all waiting for me in my Jive inbox.  I have everything flow there rather than coming to my institutional e-mail.   Fortunately, I was able to filter by the person's name and then I went through and marked each one as read.  I have all my read e-mail hidden in my Jive inbox.

Thank you Mark and Stefanie!   @Robbie_Grant  also let me know that he had a bunch of emails as well.

I've talked with  @scottdennis ​ about some additional spam prevention options we have available and we're working through the details. In the meantime, please keep us apprised if you experience anything like this again.

Update:  @scottdennis ​ to the rescue. All the offending posts as well as the user account have been removed!

Thanks for the heads up, folks.  There were 50 threads in all, pointing back to an online casino.  Please let us know if you see any more of these - easy to clean up when we know about them.

Thanks  @scottdennis  for sorting that out quickly. It's hard enough to keep up with all the genuine community posts without having to read about casinos as well!
