Why can't I ask a question in the Canvas Data Subspace

There's a widget to ask a question there.  When I posted a question, it wouldn't let me select Canvas data as a space.  Instead, I chose "Find Answers" and my question seems to have evaporated.  Can't find it anywhere, not even in the listing of my own content.

Yes, this is a good question. I couldn't post a question in Canvas Data​ either, and choosing a place was a requirement for posting the question.

I guess that's why my question never showed up.  I think I did select place...it was at a higher level.  I think the space was private at one time.  I suppose it might be read-only except for the individuals who participated in the Redshift pilot.

Try posting over in Big Data​. I think that's where the new Canvas Data stuff is going on.

Canvas Data​ is a public space for all questions related to Canvas Data. Members should be able to post their questions there, now.

Hi  @leward ​. Just closing the loop on this thread since the issue was fixed a while ago. I noticed last week that you posted your question successfully in the Canvas Data : Can current and final grades be added to the enrollment_fact table

Thanks  @biray , and sorry I didn't respond sooner.  Now, if you could just get someone to respond to the question about adding those grades fields.  😉
