@jrboek , we've been working closely with our software provider to get this resolved. It is tricky, because it's an unprecedented event in their experience and our observation—and because of that, they haven't yet arrived at a solution.
Since it's taking longer than we had hoped, we took matters into our own hands, and restored your points total to the 7700 level you mentioned in your initial post. Our provider will continue to work on a resolution behind the scenes to attempt to restore any badges associated with completed quests, but we are hopeful that this interim action gets you rolling once again.
