I'm not sure what this is but it started after I installed Jive as a Chrome extension last year or so.
I removed the extension (or thought I did) shortly after because sometimes when trying to access Canvas Community pages, nothing would load.
Even after un-installing Jive, I'm still dealing with this issue off-and-on.
Instead of the Canvas icon, a "J" icon appears at the left end of the browser tab and the correct URL appears in the URL field, but no content appears in the browser page.
For work-arounds, I've used incognito and have had some success with clearing browsing data but it only temporarily fixes the issue before it starts up again, and now clearing browser data does not seem to be working.
This is driving me crazy and wasting time - anyone else experience this, please?

Hey irishb. I am checking up on some unanswered questions here in the Meta space. Were you able to resolve this issue? For what it is worth, I would not personally recommend any of the Jive apps or extensions. Just the website should be all you need.
