hey folks - i'm an admin of a self run Canvas server for an educational startup and i'd like to integrate it with our WordPress/WooCommerce setup so that students who purchase courses can have IDs created on the server and be enrolled in the appropriate Canvas course. currently i'm having to do this myself and would like to have the process be more automated if possible.

i'm looking for any recommendations on devs familiar with the REST API and possibly OAuth who can help with this, for payment of services. this is NOT a high volume educational institution and we have limited budget, though we do hope to be able to grow with this customization. you'd need to be familiar with WordPress and WooCommerce as well.

thanks in advance!

Hi - we're a small, remote engineering team based across the US (mix of EST/PST time zones) that's looking for an experienced Canvas developer to help us ramp up on our understanding/experience with Canvas. This can be a nights/weekends role, p/t, starting short- but could be long-term if there's a good fit.

Our core business works with apprenticeship programs to track on-the-job training and classroom training. Most of the apprenticeship programs we serve have an educational partner like a community college, however, some have asked us about integrating with their Canvas instance or potentially running one for them

We'd like to someone to help us ramp up on Canvas across the board, show us the way with an early integration, and help us see what it'd take to host one-to-many instances ourselves.

The ideal candidate has experience with any number of the following:
* Integrating an application to hosted Canvas instances
* Launching a standalone version of Canvas

* Launching a standalone version of Canvas on Heroku
* Integrating a third party application's auth system with a standalone version of Canvas
* Can work well other other developers to help teach the ins-and-outs of their platform, running this locally, documentation, etc.

If you're interested, please email me at patrick [at] Thanks!
