Can you only message other users in the Canvas Community if you follow each other? If that is the case, what is the best way to start a conversation with them privately without doing so in a community forum?
kbeimfohr it looks like you can go to https://community.canvaslms.com/people and send someone an invite with a message (button on left side of page). At first I thought this was only for people outside of Jive that you'd like to invite, but when I started to type someone's name (who is in Jive) their Jive stuff came up and I was able to select the person.
