Users can experience an error when saving videos in the Enhanced RCE

Description

 

When saving a media comment that is recorded in the new Enhanced Rich Content Editor, users see an "Failed retrieving media source" error while the video is processing. This can be confusing for the user as the video appears to just be processing and will load without error after a few minutes.

 

Expected Behavior

 

We should indicate that the video is processing instead of giving a failure message.

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

Prerequisites: Have a course with the Enhanced Rich Content Editor enabled.

  1. Create a page
  2. Using the media comment tools, record a video that is about a minute and a half.
  3. Once the video is finished recording, hit the save button.
  4. Notice that an error occurs while attempting to load the video you are saving.
  5. Save the page with the video. Notice the video now loads without an error.
