How do I view a user's login and user role history in Elevate K-12 Analytics?

As an Elevate K-12 Analytics admin you can view log in activity and user role assignment history for users in your account from the User page in Security.

You can view additional information about user activity in Administration Management Activity.

Open Administration Page

In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.

Open Security

In the Elevate K-12 Analytics Administration page, click the Security link.

Open Users

In the Security Management Navigation Menu, click the Users link [1], or on the Security Management Overview page you can click the Users link [2].

Open User Log In History

To view a user's log in history, locate the user in the User list and click the Login History button.  

View User Logins

The User Logins page displays a paginated list of the user's Elevate K-12 Analytics log in history. By default, the log in list displays by date according to the most recent log in. You can filter the displayed results by user name [1], role [2], and date [3]. To view additional log in dates, use the page navigation buttons [4]. You can also view the total number of user logins [5].

Open User Role History

To view a user's role history, locate the user in the User list and click the User Role History button.

View User Role History

The User Role History page displays a list of roles the user has been assigned in Elevate K-12 Analytics. By default, the user's current role displays at the top of the list.

You can view the role revision date [1], user roles [2], access scope [3], change method [4], and, if applicable, the automated user mapping rule that affected the role change [5].

To view and edit the user's details, click the User Editor button [6].
