Happy Holidays
As we enter the holiday season, we want to express how thankful we are for you as an Elevate K-12 Analytics customer. We appreciate your business and wish each and every one of you happy holidays. We look forward to working with you towards a successful 2023.
We also would like to remind you that Instructure will be closed on December 23, 26 & January 2 for the Christmas and New Years holidays. During the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day, we like to encourage our employees to take advantage of this slow period and spend more time with their families. So we will be "dimming the lights" during the week of December 26th. Please be assured that during this period, we will be monitoring support requests and if there is an urgent need for support, we will work to provide that support to you. However, for non-urgent issues, please be aware that we will be working on those issues once we return on Tuesday January 3rd, 2023.
Support Update
K-12 Analytics has expanded our support team. As an admin, you can always report something unexpected, or ask a question from the help icon in K-12 Analytics. But did you know, you can also email our support team directly at analytics-support@instructure.com. This will allow us to keep better track of your issues and also ensure a prompt response.
Community Update
You can find all sorts of resources in the Elevate K-12 Analytics section of the Instructure Community. You can also help other Elevate K-12 Analytics users by entering your questions or responding to others in the Elevate Question Forum.
Product Update
Release notes can be accessed at any time in the Instructure Community.
A recent feature that was added, but hasn’t been highlighted yet is the Currently Enrolled filter on Enrollment dashboards.
This new feature allows you to quickly access the currently enrolled student data.

Two new Canvas dashboards will be available after our December Release. Once released, you'll need to sync your library to see the new dashboards.
Institution KPI's | Attendance, Discipline, SIS Grades & Canvas Assignments will highlight Attendance & Discipline alongside Grades and Canvas Assignment scores.
Equity Analysis in Canvas Assignment Submissions | by School Year analyzes Canvas by English Language Learners and Race/Ethnicity. Keep an eye out for our December Release notes to learn more about how these can be used for your district.
