Academic Benchmarks Contract Changes
Instructure announced the acquisition of Certica Solutions earlier this year, and as such, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Instructure family.
We are pleased to announce that successful integration steps have already been completed -- with more to come in the future. As an Academic Benchmark customer, we want you to know that Instructure is extremely invested in you as a customer and Academic Benchmarks as a product.
Additionally, we have decided to discontinue auto renewals for Academic Benchmarks. This decision has nothing to do with our commitment to the product or you as a customer.
With this change in auto renewals, a new form will need to be signed and returned in order to proceed. As such, a renewal representative will be reaching out shortly to provide you with a new order form (we have listed your Renewals Representative and Customer Success Manager below. You can reach out to them with questions). We look forward to connecting with and working with you moving forward. Welcome to the Instructure family.
