Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) Social Studies Moved Personal Financial Literacy and Economics (October 2022)

Based on further investigation, we have moved the new 113.76 Personal Financial Literacy and Economics course from Texas > Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) > Social Studies (2022) into Texas > Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) > Social Studies (2018 r2022). 

How will this change impact the standards data?

The 113.76 Personal Financial Literacy and Economics course is now located in Texas > Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) > Social Studies (2018 r2022). 

We have obsoleted the 2022 pathway since it is now empty, and we will create a new document pathway when Texas releases new Social Studies standards.

How will this change impact alignments?

Any existing alignments between assets and standards will not change.

When is this change taking effect?

This section was moved on 9/23/22.

You may want to update your version of the standards to reflect these changes.
