Ending FFT course? Researching Ss uploads/numbers; don't want to lose data!

What happens to a FFT course when it ends? I'm conducting research on student responses, uploads, and attrition rates, so I am curious whether I will lose all of this information once the course ends or it will freeze in its current state (where I can view past student posts, track who stayed to the end across modules, etc.)? Thank you!
