Good morning,
I am a teacher and i use Free-for-Teacher account of Canvas. After finishing modules with mastery paths and check the student view, after taking the quiz the massage "next mastery path is still processing" appears on the next button as the attached files, and sometimes this button disappears (next button) ... Please i need your help, what is the solution??
These modules are the practical part of my PHD degree as a training Program ... please help

Sorry to hear you are having this issue! One thing that I noticed in your first image is the there is some HTML code with the comment. When I have experienced this in the past, it has been because there was something that needed to be fixed "behind the scenes". Have you tried using the Help menu at the bottom left of your Canvas window. I am not sure what support options you have with a free account, but it is possible that they might be able to check into some things that could possibly solve your issue. 🤞

I'm experiencing the same thing as Noura. After submitting a quiz that's assigned to a Mastery Path, hovering over the Next button displays the same error she saw. It's not the HTML from the editable part of the quiz - there are no errors there. It's when you hover over Next. This behavior can persist for 15 minutes or more after submitting. Please help!

I know this post is old, however I wanted to make sure that you are no longer experiencing this behavior. Is this something that you're still noticing?
If so, I'd recommend clicking the 'help' link via your global navigation menu, and selecting 'report a problem' (this link is only visible to teachers). From there, fill out the form and provide an explanation of what's going on, and Canvas Technical Support should reach back out to you!

Hi Noah - We ended up not using Mastery Paths as our solution (due to this issue) so I don't know if the behavior is still happening. When I have time, I'll check again. Thanks for your reply.
