I have a student who is able to successfully create an account, join the course, and participate in the course. But every time she logs out, she is unable to log back in and gets a message: "Please verify your email and password and try again." Each time she clicks Forgot Password and tries to reset it, but never gets the email notification. Any and all ideas appreciated!

Hi Melissa,
When your student signed up, a registration confirmation email was sent to their inbox. This is not related to the forgot password email.
They will need to confirm their account registration to continue. If you're still experiencing issues, feel free to send me a PM and I can help you out.

I have free for teachers account. I automatically enroll my students. I have a student who has been in the course successfully for a couple of weeks and now she’s unable to log into the course. She’s tried to reset her password and is receiving a message to contact her administrator. I never assigned her a password and I’m not really sure what information to send her. account She has four weeks of previous work already logged. Any help would be appreciated! Heather
