Is it possible to link multiple external tools to a single assignment?

Is it possible to link multiple external tools to a single assignment? For example, if an instructor wants an assignment to be submitted to TurnItIn for verification and also wants the assignment to be submitted to Portfolium for the student’s portfolio, how can this be done?

In general, I don't think this would be possible.  it MIGHT work in something like your specific example, if your school has switched to the new Plagiarism Framework integration from Turnitin.  That uses a different channel that a regular LTI, so it might work.  I don't have things set up in such a way I could test it, though.
