Ability to restrict who can "feature" resources on an institution's Commons area.

It would be nice if institutions can manage who can mark items as "featured".  Otherwise, someone can "feature" their own content and become the first item clients see when accessing commons.

Hi @mahola -

According to the lesson How do I edit the details of a resource in Commons? "To feature a resource in your Commons account, enable the Featured Content option. Featured content displays at the top of search results on the Commons search page. Only admins can share resources as featured content."

Based on the information shared in the document, this sounds like it is already possible! There are some situations where instructors are given a special admin role for certain reasons, but that is usually done so with good reasons.
