Accessibility Enhancements for Permissions Icons

We've noticed an opportunity for a couple of accessibility enhancements to the UI in Canvas. Most notably:


1. The enabled/disabled/etc. icons for the feature options in each account has the same alt-text for each feature. Ideally, this subtext would also include the feature option it was for.


2. There is no alt text for icons in the role permissions section in Canvas. Ideally, these would have an alt text like we requested above- a description of the state of the permission as well as which permission it pertains to.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
