Add a function in 'message students who' area of gradebook

if there is  any ability to add the gradebook function of 'message students who' are marked as either complete or incomplete as well as the scored more than or less than?

I have many assessment tasks set up as complete/incomplete grades and would like to send a bulk email to those not yet complete but at present the only way I can do this would be to set up the task out of 1.

We have a feature idea that suggests adding functionality to use the Message Students Who feature for complete/incomplete assignments: Message Students from Gradebook who are complete or incomplete. If you'd like to promote that idea, you give it a rating and/or comment on it.

You can message students who have scored more or less than a specific score using the Message Students Who feature. For more information, check out the Select Criteria step of the How do I send a message to all students based on specific course criteria in New Analytics? guide.
