Add ability to export transcripts of email threads

Role: student

Objective: Add the option to the "more options" menu in canvas email to allow export of an email thread to a text document. The feature should be accessible by all user types on both desktop and mobile. The document should either auto save to the downloads folder or pop up a window to allow users to choose the save location.

Bonus: Ability to download either a full thread or single message depending on if the gear icon is at the top of the thread or in the header of a specific email. I suggest the menu text indicate which you are about to do ie "export thread" vs "export message"

This feature will help facilitate investigations dealing with unacceptable user activity, threats, academic dishonesty, etc.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
