Adding the "grade" column and or completion checkmark to the course summary screen that is embedded on the syllabus would allow students to quickly see what assignments they have already completed when viewing the syllabus as the course homepage.
This would make the course syllabus a true one stop shop for all course information, making it even more useful as a homepage.
