Administrator needs to be able to remove LTI tokens

An administrator needs to be able to clear access tokens for LTI integrations.  We have students that authenticate their personal account and we have to show them how to delete the token instead of being able to clear it as an admin.  Even using "Act As User" does not allow us to delete the token.  This is a major oversight as it is often an administrative task, not a user task.

This will be a truly welcomed feature for us as admins.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
