Allow Admins to set Student Participation Default to Course or Term for an account in Course Details
We use rolling enrollment so start and end dates are set on a Course by Course basis not a Term basis. Each course offering will have different start and end dates -- often those dates overlap (extend beyond) the term dates. (e.g., Spring Term may be Jan 1 - April 30 but a course starts on April 1 and goes until July 15.) Having to reset every new course Participation to "Course" is an extra step we have to remember and take. We'd like our Admin to be able to set the default Course Participation Dates for our account to "Course".
