Allow Sections in Google Assignments LTI 1.3

Currently assignments in Canvas that use the Google Assignments LTI 1.3 places all of the students in an alphabetical list instead of organizing them based on the sections found in the course. 

It would be helpful for teachers to be able to organize the students based on sections so they don't have to sift through 100+ names as they try to correct all of that sections assignment in the same sitting.
