Currently, a use can view their file listings by individual folders or they can search for files by name. I'm suggesting they be given another search option: find files by size.
Consider the user close to using their entire storage quota. How can they easily manage their usage? What if they could search for files >1MB or >10MB or between some user-input sizes?
The results from such a filtered search should display information such as:
Current columns: Name, Dates, Modified by, Size
Usage columns: Term, Course, Tool where file is in use
This set of "Usage columns," or perhaps a single column with all element, would provide useful information for the user to determine what files could be deleted: files from long-concluded courses vs files in use in my current courses.
