Allow a module to be unlocked early for 1 student who has disability accommodations.

The feature already exists on assignments and quizzes where an assignment can be assigned to everyone but can also be available in a different time window for specific students.

Having the option to open modules earlier for a student who qualifies for accommodations would be an easy way for instructors to provide the student with the materials earlier than the rest of the class. 

There are several suggestions about prerequisites for a module but all my modules contain are lecture files.

I think this would be a wonderful idea for students with accommodations or students who are doing well in the class at that point and maybe release based on overall grade standing or just a way to release per student.
