Allow feedback from others on Commons items

I would like the option to leave comments or questions on items in Commons. 

This would be helpful for me, as a teacher and content creator, to receive feedback from others. It would also allow me to contact other users with questions about their content or leave messages for them.

As this is existing Commons functionality, we've archived the idea.
